My Story (Why I Do This Work)
I know this terrain intimately.
From a young age, I was the “responsible one,” the old soul people leaned on. I built a life around performance, perfectionism, and self-suppression — until my body forced me to listen.
By age 19, chronic migraines and pain became my daily reality. Years of specialists eventually led to the truth: my pain was psychosomatic — stress, emotional suppression, and self-abandonment living in my body.
That experience changed everything.
It led me into psychology, deep personal work, and now the completion of my doctoral degree. Not to collect titles — but to understand how people lose themselves, and how they reclaim their lives.
